Your content and your account stay yours

ClipsCycle exists to keep your Instagram presence active — nothing more. Here's a plain-language look at how we think about your content, your data, and your account, alongside our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

🔒 The short version

We don't use your content
Your videos, photos, and captions are used for exactly one thing: running the rotation you set up. Nothing you upload is used to train any AI model, repurposed, or shown to anyone besides your own connected accounts.
We don't sell your data
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers — not now, not as a future business model. It isn't the product.
Security is a default, not an add-on
Passwords are never stored in plain text, Instagram access is handled through Meta's own official login, and account tokens are encrypted at rest — not bolted on after the fact.
You're always in control
Disconnect an Instagram account, pause your rotation, or permanently delete your ClipsCycle account and everything tied to it, whenever you want — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

🎬 What "we don't use your content" actually means

The clips you upload exist for one job: getting posted to your own Instagram account(s), on the schedule you configure. We don't analyze, repackage, or feed your content into any machine-learning system, ours or anyone else's. It isn't cross-pollinated between customers, and it's never shown to anyone outside the ClipsCycle account(s) you've connected it to. If you disconnect an account or delete your library, that content stops being used the moment you ask — see our Data Deletion Instructions for exactly how that works.

🤝 Who can see your account

Day to day, your account and content aren't something anyone sits and looks through — the system runs your rotation automatically, without a person in the loop. Account access by our team is the exception, not the routine: it happens only when it's genuinely needed, such as helping resolve an issue you've reported yourself, looking into suspected abuse or a violation of Instagram's own platform rules, or where we're required to by law. That access is limited to what's actually necessary to handle the specific situation, and it is never casual, unrestricted, or used to browse accounts out of curiosity.

Delivering ClipsCycle does mean a small number of trusted, reputable infrastructure providers are involved behind the scenes — the kind of cloud hosting and storage that runs most modern web services — and each of those is bound by its own security and confidentiality standards. We don't publish an infrastructure map here for the same reason most security-conscious services don't: the fewer specifics about internal plumbing that are public, the smaller the target for anyone looking to cause harm.

🛡️ How your account is protected

Your ClipsCycle password is never stored as readable text — only a one-way, salted hash that can't be reversed, even by us. Connecting Instagram happens through Meta's own official login flow, never by handing ClipsCycle your Instagram password directly, and the access token that results is encrypted at rest rather than kept as plain text. Every request your browser makes to ClipsCycle travels over an encrypted connection.
